Randal Traicoff Web & Design

Randal has been building websites professionally since 2012, working his way through agency roles, in-house teams, and independent consulting before co-founding Search Strategies. He’s worked across the full stack, including custom WordPress development, plugin builds, REST APIs, performance optimization, and UX. Before launching the studio, he spent six-plus years as a senior developer in agency environments, leading multi-project development teams and overseeing hosting infrastructure overhauls along the way. Over that time he’s built and managed web projects for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-size businesses all the way down to the smallest nonprofits working with shoestring budgets.

That breadth of experience across small shops and larger agencies is what informs how he approaches every project: with the technical depth to do it right and the practical judgment to keep it moving.

Daniel Traicoff Marketing & Strategy

Daniel has spent over a decade driving growth for clients across paid search, organic, and social channels. He got his start in the nonprofit and community organizing world, where he developed a sharp instinct for building audiences, crafting messaging, and making limited budgets work hard. That foundation translated naturally into B2B marketing, where he’s managed up to $500,000 in annual Google Ads campaigns, overseen social media budgets reaching six figures, and contributed to more than $30 million in B2B leads through targeted SEO work. Along the way he’s worked across a wide range of industries, from pharmaceutical manufacturing and B2B services to travel and nonprofit, giving him a practical understanding of how different markets respond to different strategies. He’s also set up multiple HubSpot marketing platforms for clients and has a track record of improving the handoff between marketing and sales in ways that actually move the needle on closed deals.

He’s the kind of strategist who sets goals in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just clicks and impressions, and he brings that same accountability to every client at Search Strategies.

Why we started

We’ve both spent our careers watching how this industry treats small businesses. We’ve seen agencies lay off their staff and charge clients for AI generated content. We’ve seen strategies built for a Fortune 500 budget get repackaged and sold to a business that has to make every dollar count. And we’ve seen plenty of good companies pay a premium for work that vanished into a black box they were never allowed to look inside.

We didn’t think that was right, so we built something different. Search Strategies exists on one belief: small businesses deserve the same caliber of work that large companies pay a lot more to get. Experienced people, doing good work, explaining it in plain language, and standing behind every bit of it. That’s the whole idea, and it’s still what gets us up in the morning.
